Of course, our machines are used for this. The fully bonded needle felt is removed with the ROLL-STRIPPER RO-5 and the surface is then prepared with the floor grinding machine RO-250. The adhesive residue is grinded off down to the screed.
After grinding off the adhesive residues, self-leveling filler was applied. Since mixing buckets were used for mixing, our mixer holder RO-30 and hand mixer RO-1400 were used. The filler was applied using a spiked spreeding knife and a spiked roller. The surface is ready for the subsequent gluing of LVT flooring.
